JotForm is a leader in the form building space. It allows you to build up a form without any coding experience and embed it directly on your AppDrag site, without any distracting ads. They offer a number of stylish templates to help you start building up your form quickly and also integrate with a number of other services to make sure you get the whole picture of who's responding.

To start, head to JotForm and copy the embed code they provide on https://www.jotform.com/

Then:

1 - Go to the dashboard and edit your project in the PageBuilder

2 - Click on Add Component and select a Source Code > Javascript Source Code embedded

3 - Double click on it to open the source code edition

4 - Enter the javacsript code from https://www.jotform.com/

5 - Save your page and publish your website
