Wufoo is a form builder that focuses on the simplicity of building up and sharing your form. You can choose from a number of different templates, analyze all the results, and even set up custom rules for logic flows in how your form gets answered. Once you have the form set up the way you’d like, you can embed it right into your AppDrag site using the embed code.

Then:

1 - Go to the dashboard and edit your project in the PageBuilder

2 - Click on Add Component and select a Source Code > Javascript Source Code embedded

3 - Double click on it to open the source code edition

4 - Enter the javacsript code from https://www.wufoo.com/

5 - Save your page and publish your website
